How the heck does google ad make for a $180 billion company? If anyone knows how their search ad works, please post your insights. Ill be researching into this too and let you folks know if I find anything.
Advertiser pay google to place their advertisement. Publisher get paid by google to publish these ads on their site or only when the ads are click. but of course the payment is probably only a small fraction of what the advertiser pay google. Their core business is really internet traffic which doesn't have any production cost (omg so shiok right?), etc.
