Decision to move on to the next company is set, but with much fear in me.

I always thought one of my better quality is the translation of my thoughts into action without much resistance. However it seems that the older i become, the harder it is for me to make certain decisions and even more resistance to put my thoughts into action. Fear are creating all sorts of frictions.
My wife mentioned that its a sign of maturity, but it seems to me i am losing a good trade of initiative i once possess.
fear is a natural part of all things new. u have more commitments now, its natural that its comes with more worries.
